Rose Colón
Rose M. Colon, Esq. is an experienced litigation attorney licensed in state and the federal district courts for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Connecticut. Her practice is in our family unit handling divorces, custody matters, and restraining orders for victims and survivors of domestic violence.
Prior to joining GHLA, she served as counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement Division, practiced criminal defense litigation in the Commonwealth, and later became the first Latina Assistant District Attorney for Berkshire County. She earned a B.A. in Legal Studies from Bay Path College, where she now serves as an adjunct professor in the Law & Justice Department. She earned her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law. She is fluent in Spanish.
