GHLA protects the confidentiality of the Social Security numbers we collect in the course of business by maintaining what we believe to be reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect their confidentiality, including:

Limit access to the Social Security numbers we collect to appropriate persons, and
Prohibit unlawful disclosure of the Social Security numbers we collect.

We do not disclose personal information about our clients or former client, except as expressly or impliedly authorized by those clients to enable us to represent the person or as required or permitted by law or applicable provisions of codes of professional responsibility or ethical rules governing our conduct as lawyers.

Documents or computer files are destroyed, erased or made unreadable prior to disposal.
