Kimberly Luciano
Kim Luciano joined GHLA as a staff attorney in 2026 and works in the Family, Restraining Orders, and Benefits practice groups. Prior to joining GHLA, Kim completed a one-year clerkship at the Connecticut Appellate Court. She earned her JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law as an evening student while working full-time in the Clerk’s Office at Hartford Criminal Court. While attending law school, Kim was a member of the Public Interest Law Group and Public Interest Law Journal. Before pursuing law school, Kim earned her Master in Public Administration and worked in various administrative capacities, primarily in the higher education setting.
