Rafael Rodriguez Cruz
Rafael Rodriguez Cruz has been a staff attorney at GHLA since 1997. He leads GHLA’s community outreach, providing legal information, advice, referrals, and intakes with partners including Hands on Hartford, Hispanic Health Council/Family Wellness Center, Hartford Healthcare/Neighborhood Health, Charter Oak Cultural Center, South Street Church, Latino Community Services, Project KIKI, East Hartford Public Library, East Hartford Enfield Social Services Dept., Bristol HRA, Hartford Public Library, Manchester Community College, Manchester Adult & Family Services, Manchester Community Services Council, and Center Congregational Church of Manchester. He is fully bilingual (English/Spanish). He is co-chair of the East Hartford Community Partners Group.
