Caleb Pulda-Rifkin
Caleb Pulda-Rifkin joined GHLA in 2023 as a Policy Advocate, concentrating on health and benefits related issues. Prior to joining GHLA, Caleb held a variety of positions in the political realm, including committee work in the Connecticut legislature, lobbying, and campaign management roles in Connecticut and in Boston. Caleb received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2020 and majored in political science at the University of Delaware, graduating in 2015.
