
Margaret Rodriguez
Margaret Rodriguez earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2022, where she served as the president of the Immigration Law & Policy Society, co- vice president of the BU National Lawyers Guild Chapter, and was a student attorney with the Immigrant Rights & Human Trafficking Program. After law school, Attorney Rodriguez was awarded a CT Bar Foundation Singer Fellowship and joined Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services as a removal defense attorney, working with undocumented immigrants facing deportation. Her work included direct representation of immigrants as well as advocacy efforts aimed at reaching unrepresented immigrants, increasing accessibility of information and resources, and improving protections for immigrants in CT. Attorney Rodriguez works in GHLA’s Family Law Unit, representing survivors of family violence. She earned her B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Fordham University and is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.
